Guided note taking from web site farm animals to note cards. Students will create a barnyard animal book with fictional character traits.
Use facts about farm animals to create fictional characters and how they act, feel and talk. How author use facts to create fictional characters. Create a rough draft of play with animal/character-students will co-write.
Students will evaluate their characters and create staging, choreography, songs, costumes, props, etc
